Prior to leading Elite Recovery Solutions, she has an extensive experience in the collections industry, coupled with her exceptional leadership qualities, allowed her to successfully nurture and mentor a new generation of leaders, ensuring the achievement of the set targets across various campaigns.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Far Eastern University and has earned relevant certifications. Passionate about innovation and corporate responsibility, actively supports initiatives that promote workforce upskilling, diversity, and sustainable business practices.
